im going to be buying a greddy type rs b.o.v and i'm just wondering how difficult they are to fit, and will i have to buy any other parts to fit it.

are you wanting to keep the recirculating function? If so I have the Adaptor for it! If you have the stick EFI Pipe & TMIC it should be very simple to fit

i will be finding this out soon when my bro's comes.........im not totally sure, but i think you can buy a fitting kit, not totally sure if you need it tho...

sorry riko666 not realy sure what any off tht means, i dont realy want to sound like a complete newby but this is my first real outing working on a cars engine most ive ever done is fit a k&n to my old car, the engine is completely stock so does this mean i will need some kind of adaptor?

well the stock BOV plumbs back into the intake, and the fitting I have allows you to keep that function on the car otherwise you'll need to find a way of plugging up the connection
