Keiranstar168
I know this has been cover hundreds of times on here but it hasn't helped aha, I have a corolla tubular intake mani and what I want to know is how easy it is to fit, what adjustments to throttle cables and tb is needed, is it hard and how long will it take/ is there anything I should look out for or be careful with. onnaj1000
Hi, I'd like to know the same. I tried to mount it today but without luck :-(. The stock stays won't fit and there was no room to put my earth cable to. The throttle cable won't fit 1:1 but i think with a bit of bending i can make that work without a problem. I also think some vacuum hoses will not fit directly. Thanks folks!
FMuscle
You'll have to extend the brake booster and Map sensor lines. As for the throttle cable, I cut a slot in 2 washers and put them on each side of the bracket. Works good. for the earth, I'm still looking, I routed it to the fuel rail as it was the only reachable bolt, but I'm not sure if the contact is good enough yet.I didn't put the stays on, also I have a spacer making it even more unreachable...TB is bolt on though. As for something to look for, check if you have a coolant hole in the head on the dizzy side under the stock inlet, you might have to block it one way or another.
