Gearbox - Not smooth!

Ever since my new clutch (uprated organic Exedy) - Doesn't go into gear very smooth at all, first to second is really difficult to do fast and sometimes it just locks in gear and i really have to force it into neutral!

What could it be? gearbox oil maybe?

I really got no idea

first of all, try replacing the gearbox oil, not to hard really, you will need something like 75/90...

if its crunching into second from first, it could be a worn syncro, which is a common fault on alot of starlets....
