96 v 99 glanza v ecu pinouts

hey lads is there a difference in the pinout between the 2 ecus ????

what i want to know most is the 96 2 wire and 99 3 wire for the ecu temp sensor ???? cant find nothing on the wiring on that part ????

i want to wire 1 off the ecus in my gt any other isseues i will run into ????
