Guest Enzo
hi eddif he upgraded the fual pump and fitted a wide band af gauge to monitor the tune then yes, alot of people have a similar setup/the turbo life will be shortened if you are running a bar all the time.i must also say that this is the crude way to more power wapping up the fual pressuredoing it properly would require some aftermarket management and a mapping session
edd 5512
ok. thanks for the response enzo. i'll say to him and see what he wants to do
paul w
Tell him to forget the FCD as it's way too crude to be really used daily, just get the actuator+the other stuff and a fuel pump and set it to just under fuel cut till he can sort some proper piggy back or standalone management.FCD run too lean and can nicely bugger the engine up if not set up properly
Sparky
Standard fuel pump should be good for 200bhp so no need to change really
paul w
It is but it's no spring chicken tho So a replacement 175LPH or new standard pump wouldn't be a bad idea ;)
