Leanne1992 Posted September 13, 2014 Share Posted September 13, 2014 hi guys I have a glanza its not overheating or anything but doesn't pull very well when turbo kicks in. runs crappy on idle have checked injectors etc and have doen compression test and NO compression in 2 and low in 3 is this piston rings? valves?headgasket? as beign a girl I really have no clue lol Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Adam M Posted September 23, 2014 Share Posted September 23, 2014 I would say it's the rings , try put some oil down the cylinder walls and see if the compression rate rises abit. If it does then it's the piston rings need replacing. Also check if u have blue smoke coming out exhaust is another good indicator to rings. get a friend to look .Could also be HG has split between 2 and 3 although i'm not 100% sure on how you would check that.
