Fitting an ebc after remap

Hi guys, was having trouble with my boost controller when my car was getting remapped so bypassed it all together and it was mapped with vac straight from turbo to wastegate.

Now my ebc is sorted i was wondering if i fit it, will i need a remap again as the turbo will spool up at slightly different times and behave differently or is this irrelevant?

just that i vaguely remember the mapper saying not to fit the ebc? Will obvs have to fit a lower rated spring as well

Ida thought it would be fine, you may not get the most out of the ebc and map but cant see it doing any damage
