Boot trim to access reg plate lights

Does anyone know how to take the inside boot panel off to change the number plate bulbs? I cant get the plastic screws out/tabs when you use a screw driver its just spinning

They can be a bitch, I got them by levering them out slightly with a flathead whilst trying to unscrew them. They're only clips, as well, not proper screws, so if they really don't want to come you can snap them with enough leverage.
