rear trailing arm bushes

Hi, could anyone tell me how i lower the rear trailing arms to remove the bushes, do i need to remove the shocks?, any info much appreciated, cheers

undo the brake lines on the rear to avoid breaking them in half, put car on axle stands, remove lower shocker bolt 14mm i think, support rear beam and remove bolts and lower slowly,
