Solid buckets?

Im rebuilding a cylinder head over the winter.

Wondered what the pros and cons on solid buckets would be on a stockish head???

Going to have mild port ,5efhe cams , and some slightly stiffer springs like 4age items

Would the solid buckets beat up the cams or not ?
