Steven1995 Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 I'm trying to make my emanage blue communicate with my pc. I've made a rs232 to usb cable to connect with my pc and the support tool recognizes it and the program says it is online.But I can't do anything in the software, when I try to update it it stays stuck on "Corresponding ... please wait". And when I check the emanage version it is empty.I've allready tried several version of the support tool.Anyone know what the fault may be? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
