Ct9 external wastegate

Hi guys

Considering going external wastegate and getting my zisco one modified to suit, just got a rebuilt hybrid as well, what's the best way to seal the internal gate been told to spot weld the actuator bracket is best from the outside but dunno how this is done, any advise would be good
