trouble with gear selection

Hi folks, bit of a starlet virgin so looking for a bit of help. Driving the car cold the gears seem to be absolutely fine but as soon as it heats up, its an absolute nightmare to get in to any gear. Could this be no oil or little oil in the box ? Or anything else ?

check oil, change oil and try again.

Changed it. Problem still occurring. Also car wants to stall when I lift the clutch and can feel a slight vibration through the pedal :/
