  1. your problem is crazy, dont realy have a idea or heard such problems before you bleed the clutch correct? possible air is in the line and when is warms up the air expands in the lines? you have th option of working at your own car? any chance of changing gearbox for test? my GT gearbox had little problem, so i put in 4efe gearbox and sometime i couldnt get the 1st gear out....dont know, whats happening, but i know its INSIDE ...so i know clutch and shiftcable is ok
  2. hihi....no problem i know my english is not best one i live in germany and only learned school english (long time ago) but in gemrnay i never found help or parts for my 4efte project so i need help from all over the world. Especially finding parts is hard
  3. my problem is, the MR-S DIFF doesnt FIT ! to thick ! ! fitting it self is no problem, no magic. Where can i find OEM AE111 LSD? Quaife will be cool option, but VEEEEERRRRY expensive ! Helical LSD would be great, no service cost. only put in and ready KAAZ service is crazy, every 3500-5000miles new oil, KAAZ oil !..NO ! !
  4. 3000-3500 miles at one yeart i think so i have to change it every year with my engine oil (sommer season car) because of this i think about, in some years i ll get more expensive thank now buy a helical/torsen LSD. and i hove no idea how long a CLUTCH-Live would be in a LSD....so i have to change the clutches also every xx.xxx miles...
  5. I am planning to fit a LSD in my gearbox. Found the following options KAAZ (CLUTCH) TRD (CLUTCH) QUAIFE (Helical) OEM AE111 BRZ CUSCO Because of Price is found KAAZ interesting, BUT they say after 5000mile oilchange because the clutches work. For KAAZ official is used KAAZ OIL, every 5000miles cost of 50GBP TRD also uses CLutches, in past TRD also build helical, but not available today. So the gearbox oil also have to be changed? dont find ANY info after what TIME / miles this is requiered. WAHT OIL is used? I can get castrol 75W90 with LSD additive. quaife, OEM AE111 and Cusco sh
  6. Hi, i search a LSD from quaife, trd, kaaz, cusco for my c52 gearbox. Dont need OEM visco lsd. Want to upgrade my non LSD gearbox possible some want to sell. shipping to germany must be possible
  7. this gearbox is already found....price is ok, but what should i do with the 6 speed gearbox....dont realy want fo put it in my corolla, the gear ratios are not so good in my opinion, i always have to shift....i`ll think about thank you for your help
  8. @pockrockgtti thank you for these accurate post. you tryed it? this is no good answer for me, but so i can save the re-shipping if your sure i watched at TRD lsd page, these also got different TRD numbers. So i think its for sure that this wont fit :-(
  9. and what kind of LSD is a torson? I know how it works, but does it also lock when i roll in coasting mode?? or is a torson no problem at FWD car?
  10. i got a corolla AE110 5 speed and fitted an 4e bell at the gearbox. i have a 8 bolt diff. i dont use OEM CT9 use hybrid...
  11. thank you, the torque could be problem, dont realy know what my car gots. I use tongs CT9 and mapped MAX 1,2 bar for short overboost with 370cc injectors....it feels like much torque, would be bad if the OEM N/A diff break. This damage my complete gearbox The phantom grip seams shit...dont realy believe this can work. Some honda drivers use it an got bad damages (google said)

Hi can somebody tell if the OEM LSD diff from MR-2 fits in a Glanza gearbox? think its also an C-family gearbox. would such LSD stand Glanza with 180PS-190PS ? ths MR2 LSD also got 8 bolts like glanza DIFF WHAT IS THIS FOR AN KIT? http://www.mts-motorsport.com/PhantomGrip-LSD-Kit-TOYOTA-STARLET someone used it?
  13. yes i use standart relay and yes like this i plan. like its written in the manuals chapter 14. But there are 4 wires if only one is needet, i could swicht 4 relay? dont believe. max 2 options can be switched iam not sure about wiring

  16. hi, plan to use an additional Solenoid in my car. These i should work with the EMU. I know there is the Option from Connector B to activate NVCS or Relay. There are 4 Pins/wires marked in the manual...what one i have to use? i only need one wire switched Ground to the Solenoid/relay. Solenoid is connected to 12V, other pin needs (-) which should com from the EMU Can someone Make a simple wiring diagram, i am little confused. Does someone know what power an injector channel from greddy can handle? Only want to know because if i plan seperate FAN or waterpump, these i wouldnt wire direct fro
  17. this will fit, biut i think it will break after hard drifing with high boost. 4efe and fte look nearly same but gearwheels are stronger at FTE and you got different transmission ratio if your 4efte has OEM LSD you will need probably different drive shafts
  18. I want to know what LSD i should buy for upgrad of my none LSD gearbox. quaife should be best was told by a good friend. He also told some other LSD may crush or make noise when make a turn? saw someone here buy an TRD 1 way lsd. Is this good option for street? my problem is at a fast start i get much wheel spin but no tracktion. Tryed to lift my food from gas paddle but this is not very easy to find the best point of accelleration. so i think about LSD . i drife sometimes quater mile, but most fast street

I hope its a little understandable. My english is not the best
  20. hi, you have changed complete gearbox? for me it seams to be a problem from Inside the gearbox. the only part which hold the gear at driving in his position is a little sprocket at the gearwheels inside the gearbox. the are slighly inclined to hold into each other at driving example http://golf3td.de/forum/download/file.php?id=1287&mode=view you see the big gear, 5th. right ther under is little sprocket ringm this holds switching sleeve at driving. the little golden ring are the syncors. when you put in the 5th gear, the switching sleeve is moving up (over sprocket and syncro)
  21. yes, that was my problem....Dont want spend money twice..I want ONE clutch what can handle enough. But i dont realy believe that a Stage2 exedy can be strong enought?
  22. Hello, i got my 4efte with CT9 hybrid running at 1 Bar and sometimes when i drive agressive clutch is slipping slightly. CLutch is not worn, last winter i changed gearbox and checked it I uses OEM style exedy clutchkit. OEM Torque (NM) is 160nm, think the clutch can handle more but now its to much power. I like to buy Exedy stage2, BUT at the specs is written these clutch can handle Torque (Nm): 220NM. this is not very much?!?! I plan running 1,2 bar with 370cc injectors, mapped with greddy EMU and i think this will make more than 220NM hope someone can give an experience about c
