maddox710 Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Unbolt the top tensioner bolt neer dipstick. 10mm bolt connecting charge cable too come off. Unplug 4 pin round plug of back of alternator. Take belt off then get under car and Unbolt 14mm? Bolt holding alternator on and drop out past the driveshaft Quote
PPSR05 Posted August 15, 2015 Author Posted August 15, 2015 I have a new belt to put on as well but I have to take the drive belt off to don't I or should the old belt do for now? It's just the top bolt on the alternator is a bastard to get to Quote
maddox710 Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Take you idle control valve of the drivers side of the inlet manifold. Its only 2 10mm bolts and a plug and it helps free up a load of space. And yes change the drive belt lazy sod Quote
