Boosting fault

Hello guys I'm running a hybrid turbo ct9. And it's boosting but it hits .5 then stops and then it will jump up to full boost. Any ideas ???

sounds like its getting stuck halfway have you another one you could borrow to see if the actuator is the problem

Thank for the offer buddy de cat pipes leaking and one of the nuts had come off. New one it is lol
