Noise after service and ht leads being changed

Unsure if I'm putting this in the right place sorry,

Recently done a service on my Glanza, changed the plugs, oil, oil filter, ht leads, discs and pads, after starting it the next day there's seem to be a ticking/knocking noise, I feared the worst thinking bottom end but it doesn't seem to be that now I've looked it over, the noise only happens when I touch the throttle, the car can be coasting at 2k-rpm and no noise soon and I touch the throttle it's there, off the throttle it goes away no matter what the revs and when I touch the throttle no matter what the revs it's there, the noise doesn't get louder or faster the higher up the revs it just stays constant, I can't here it outside or under the bonnet, only when I'm in the car as if it's being amplified inside but there is a blow in my exhaust at the flexi so this maybe why I can't here it outside, it's really starting to annoy me thank for any advice
