Bug679
Alright folks ,There's a burbling gurgling sound from the top rad hose after the car stops. I've bled the system after putting in a new heater matrix a couple of weeks ago but this has only happened the past two days. I fitted new water pump and thermostat 17000 Kms ago so don't think that's the problem the only think I can think is fitted a new turbo last weekend could this be the cause of it. The temp handle never rises above the half way mark either. Any suggestions are welcome. This is my daily yolk so need it back on the road Thanks
Bug679
Sorted it's the turbo must of been air trapped in it. Rerouted the water lines to check and its def the turbo.
5e colin
next time use a 2l coke bottle fill it up with water and turn it upside down in the radiator push it down a bit doing this with engine running will drow out air bubbles and push missing water down :) ( cold )
goldenvtr
easiest thing to remember is the radiator cap MUST be the highest point in the system for it all the work properly
