HELP: Adjusting brake pedal

So I had my brakes bled and the pedal adjusted, but I had it adjusted a bit too high

Just wanted to know how I can lower it back down, it's nearly impossible to heel-toe properly like this!

I've labelled the nuts I can see here, but not sure which are locking and which I need to turn to adjust the pedal.

Just want to be sure before I go doing anything so any help will be greatly appreciated! Found this on TGTT but again, not sure what's what

1 and 2 are just your brake light switch adjustments. All your doing is removing that then turning 3 clock wise until the pedal is level.

Once its level just re install the brake light switch and adjust it until it comes on with a slight touch but not to easy or it will flicker over bumps.

So I gave it a go, I couldn't unlock the nut labelled #3

I removed the switch connector and unlocked #1. I then turned the switch clockwise I think, which brought the pedal down. Is this okay?
