ive cleaned the head up apon checking everything else i think it may be the turbo thats at fault here cause the watter going to the turbo is fresh clean stuff but the oil in the return is carmel so i think it may be mixing in the tubo and getting spewed back in to the sump. any body local got a spare turbo or one ther not using that i can borrow for a couple of days to take my new one out and try that to fault find as you all know how frustrating this is and its been off the road for so long now that i just want it back and running getting fed up driveing an auto saab lol

Any photos of them the right way round so that I can double check I have been silly with them. Would that put water in the cylinders thou o thought that was only cooling for the throttle body???

this the second head gasket because the last idiot never torqed the head bolts so ov we thought that was the prob but its still the same with the water mixing with the oil i think it could be the turbo seals or somfin......... its doin ma head in

head was skimmed when i bought it mate and it a brand new head gasket th block was fine when i took the other head off it really fucking with my head now

right as most of you know im rebuiding my engine my self after a cracked head put the dampners on the engine. right my problem is i have a new head on which was bought from here and i got told that it was skimmed and everything was cool wih that but oil is mixing with the water some how ive tryed draining the oil several times ith a flsh through it but to no avail. im atmy wits end with this engine and i cant figure out what is wrng with it now. it worked fine before put the water pump belt on now im getting runny carmel coloured watter. any help much appreciated guys

Not that I distrust what your saying but can that be right I've never heard of them being blocked off with a gasket before? Where would I get one of those head gaskets?? How much usually a fortune for a gasket are they not?

Hi guys I'm just replacing my head gasket again as a tit (me) musta nicked it when they were putting it in last time. But now I have taken it off I'm doubting thatbthis is the right gasket as it seems to be covering up water galleries at the top side of the engine next to the oil gallery. Is this right am I being a tit or is it something wrong???

I know where u live u had better not pal lol. Well true enough it will be almost a different car. But still all matching chassis and block numbers say it's all authentic but to are right. Are the injectors supposed to turn slightly in there housings as I've refurbd mine and there no longer leaking but I can still turn them slightly is that bad?

It's not ready yet haveing a nip tuck face lift and bum lift atm and it's now full recaro interior gettingt the armrest done in the same fabric. At the moment struggling with this front bumper getting it cut for the frount mount it's being a real sob

okay guys majour up date needed to this as its ben nearly a year since i updated last well im keeping a few secrets as some of you guys will know what i mean and there staying that way. well my head cracked a while ago and ive had it off the road since then and im getting all the parts together for it to go back on the road and im nearly done now. got the hdi intercooler and fitted. how much do you need to cut off the bumper to get it fitted is rediculous i still cant get it fitted on so more cutting required unfortunatly ill post up some picks once its all done

i know bucket and as far as i can tell the head was fine on it was just the bottom end that was away on his.

depends on what manifold your using to go down the route that steve gt suggests i have the zisco short ct9 and the speed vision hybrid and i can bearly get it all with the factory oil temp sensor ther i prefer the sandwich plate personally but thats what modding is about personal taste wither way is right. or if you feeling really brave one of the blanking plates nest to the factory oil sender unit could be drilled and tapped and have it going right in to the block. now i would take my preverbial hat off to who ever does that lol

the plastic packet ive just discovered were injector washers and rocker cover washers. ill get clearer pics up tmoz see if you can help a tad more. i dident think the n/a and glanza had the exact same head if its a generic head kit or anything??

any ideas guys i dont wanna torq the head down untill i know what these are or if i need them???

ive got the head ported allready and ive bought the garket kit and replaced all the gaskets i can find but i got spare and i dont know where they go and was wondering if peps could lighten me on what the fudge they are?

well im a cop and ive been asked this before i have a glifford g5 anfd it does the same thing and the neighbours cant do squat the most they can do is put a noise in to the noise complaint people (dont know if they have them in your area as i dont know where you are from). but even then its not a constant noise like music or a dog barking its an alarm on a car be it sensative or not its not you makeing the noise. well scots law states that it need to be a controlable noise (i.e loud music or banging or somthing) and it need to be within a house for there to be a complaint. the only other statu

im rebuilding my cylinder head after i noticed a crack in one of the manifold mount but i have some additional parts in the gasket kit one looks like a exhaust inner clamp and a threaded round piece. i can put up pics if need be im just woried if i have missed anyhting that is necessary any ideas ?

bought the carbon reverse scoop of dan perfet packaging and good delivery and even after a postal feasco got it deliveredd to me next day before 9am good seller trust him or feel my wrath lol
