Hi guys I made this account a couple of months ago thinking I would be getting a V sometime soon which never happend :/

Recently my Citroen C2 has been playing up so think its time to sell and get a V

However I no nothing about the different specs bumpers or anything like that.

Could someone help me? I'm looking for a glanza v. Either white or silver

Looking to spend up to £3000

Anything considered would prefer auto however manual will have to do lol

I've test drove one and was really impressed that's why I want one, yeah a manual might be quicker but I can't imagine by much

Hi guys, I havnt really got a clue what im looking for as I'm new to starlets so if you guys could help me find one

Really would like an automatic just because I think there fun to drive like a go-kart

I don't mind the colour would prefer white or silver but I'm not too fussed.

Would be better if it was converted to MPH but again I'm not too fussed

Any mileage, looking for something £3000 and under on a budget you see, the money I make selling me current car will buy me the starlet

Cable ties and duct tape also oh and occasionally a reel of 68p string

I'm not gunna lie my bumpers and exhaust is fastened with cable ties :L

Earthing tape the yellow and green stuff to start with, then replaced it with some red and now onto black i believe

Rattles arent too bad, I've got a squeak on the 3rd brake light but Glanzas have them in the spoiler, my 2nd hand Rarb needs greasing up as that also squeaks, then theres a rattle from a nut i dropped in an inaccecible place and an exhaust knock that i need to take back to the place i had make it.

But if i hadnt had fucked about i doubt there'd be any, it seems quite solid and well built in general.

The only thing i did have to do was put some tape around the bonnet catch as the bonnet rattled and the catch isnt adjustable :/

Get a gt lad, cheaper too buy and insure and nobody knows what they are ! 2k will get you a half decent one too, my advice would br buy the least modded one you can find, then youll do all the work onit so you know its all right and most of all enjoy driving it !

I find the build quality in my GT soo much better than my UK spec NA! I use a Vibe sub, 6x9s in the NA as I like my music. Does make it a fair bit slower but in a Turbo it shouldn't be as noticeable.

Sweet! I had to take my old boot build out as it was too heavy and the car would just be dragging hahaa, I'm going to do it properly if I put one in the glanza false floor all carpeted nice and neat

He actually owns the 106 already plans on hi comp n/a on itbs etc etc but wants to sell it for a black one :s this is now his 2nd gti brought it for £350 and it needed a new coilpack bargain tbf but the fact it was broken when he brought it??? Lol

I might actually let him but he isnt going to be able to go out and buy one like mine

but he could get a pretty decent V or gt for the money he spends on sheds

It's just all the rattles that annoy me all the door cards piss me off :L are starlets like that?

And would you recommend having subs and stuff in one? I like my bass but I like my speed more lol would it effect it much do you think?

All the glanzas I keep finding are wanting 4 grand for them lol I'd prefer to get one for 2 grand so I can modify it abit change all the seats ect just so i can call it mine

Toms cruise starlet is mega car for the price aswell buddy, and lovely colour I would say get there before someone else does

Going to have a look through all sale websites tonight man I'd rather get one that everyone doesn't know because it will never be like my car if you get me people will always say that's toms starlet

All you would need to do is get that mapped eventunally, which would cost you approx £600 and youd have a fair bit over 200bhp.

dude that car is no more than 140bhp if i were in the market for another glanza I wouldnt pay any more that £1300 for that

the guy is trying to blag you so just walk away, buy one from someone who is registered to a forum at least as most people have build threads so you can see for yourself what ups and downs a car has had.

I've found a insurer who deal with car clubs and insure modified cars so going to give them a try I'm only 19 with 1year no claims so this should be fun haha

My insurance was 2500 on a 1.1 ridiculous!
