I'm getting an extra 30 to 40 mile out of a tank after converting mine and id say driving it harder too

I've just done mine last week. you also need the radiator bottom hose and thermostat outlet otherwise the pipes rub on the clutch place and lever. to get it started you need to bridge the big pins in the plug at the gearboc end. there is a diagram on this MR2 site... http://www.mr2.com/forums/threads/4643-auto-gt-manual-swap/page2
