  2. insurance is a killer, altho i'm only £24 a month thats me 26, 5yrs ncb and 9 points and my last s14a i was £33 a month. andy - you sure you want a s14? lol. my last one went tits up after 2wks on the road and there quite thirsty beasts! but you do get one hella grin factor when your sideways kinda makes it worth it. im itching to get my s13 thats in the garage on the road good luck with your search buddy., whats your focus like?

  4. i sold the 17's last weekend, great but left me like this so needed rims quick so gave a mate a shout see if he had any even steels just to get on the road when he sold me these so got to work job done then the finished article absolutely delighted, what a difference its like a new car and is SOOO much better to drive :drive:

  7. yeh mate for sure., need to make it "mine" as for power i think ~190bhp is maxxed for current mods, anymore and its gonna be turbo upgrade etc so i think i'll just be leaving it as is for just now. i took the p**s out of an 07 Alfa Spyder GT 3.2 the day i got it and doing my research they're worth anywhere between £25k-£32k depending on spec etc.., felt so good knowing my little Toyota creamed him
  8. sweet mate., i was planning this off kev but slightly out my price range at the time! he's a top bloke and good luck with it. not convinced on the glow panel on a mk2 but if your happy thats what counts but the original panel is slightly different to what you took off aswell how much for the te37's??

  10. yeh im thinking that too. Yes your right mate Dave did own it, it then went to Glasgow last october then ive got my grubby paws on it. Didnt know it was TD04'd as the guy in Glasgow bought it pretty much standard
  11. cheers lads sparky - yeh i'm itching for 15's thinking the same style tho and i'm contemplating converting it back to square lamp as i quite like that look altho i'm pretty sure the wiring has to be modified to fit quads and i cant really be arsed sorting that out LOL so prob just gonna paint them all white

  19. cheers for the comments!! yeh all UK s14's ('a' and touring) are turbo'd but jdm 14's (silvia's) have the choice of non turbo too. Touring is just added sideskirts, leather and stereo equipment
  20. Phil - the enjoyment i'm having with this car is unbelievable., esp with the weather recently! getting the hang o this drift malarky Sparky - I'm in the middle of fabricating up my own "kit" for the pidgeon mod. Hopefully my drive home from work tonight will be chirpy LOL
  21. wee update, fitted couple things a while ago only just decided to get pics from phone. First, induction kit. Sounds good, gives a slight turbo chirp but need to block off the standard recirc valve to give "pidgeon mod". Anyone got a spare broom handle? lol and next is an Apexi boost guage got boost? night vision

  24. cheers guys!! excellent upgrade from the starlet so much nicer to drive IMO and oh yes, lets just say it was an intersting drive home LOL GREAT CRACK!! it wasnt too bad on fuel i dont think and i reckon when cruising at 70 its alot better on fuel than the starlet but then again i did think the auto was more thirsty than the manual i had it was my first attemp at plate swirl and if u can make it out its wrong anyway, the plates got changed before i drove home and the welsh badge came off in the first lay-by i seen
