I decided to get rid of the starlet, i wasnt feeling the auto and i couldnt find the time to do the engine/manual box swap. so i went for a change and tbh i'm very happy i did.., here's my new car 1997 'R' 200sx touring! love it. so smooth to drive and very quick i was surprised. as for mods it only has lowering springs possibly Tein's and an Apex racing catback exhaust. its pretty clean just usual nissan surface bubbles here and there, she has 81K on her and a good SH folder came with it so all is good. think i know the one, i sold him a few bits off the n/a i'm breaking and also an aftermarket front bumper which is in white primer. he told me he had a new glanza bonnet which explains the black bonnet!! he's on here as crombie i think i enquired about that SR on ebay a while back too when it was in keith, he wanted ridiculas coin for it so decided against it and i'm glad after hearing the above!!!!

sweet motor and cool pics!! theres a tunnel in a city near me thats lit up blue., would be mint for pics but always hellish busy i found a couple cool spots ages ago when i had my pulsar (dont mean to hi-jack thread) location of pics makes so much difference

sweet looking GT! as for keighley, ive heard of there rep too but years ago i bought my first GT there (in their old premises before the stories started) and it was sound and a friend of mine got one couple years later too and again it was fine! enjoy!

wee update - brake and clutch pedals and clutch pipework is removed from the NA along with gear cables and lever box ready for conversion. HKS actuator arrived too

right guys, sold my car last week with the intention of finishing my conversion but having no car is a pain in the butt and would taken about 3wks+ to finish. then this popped up only 10miles away in a little villiage for REAL good money. the lassie was selling as she is pregnant and bought an IS200, so here she is my new car! and thot this was a nice touch for the new plates i fitted i will be fitting my fully rebuilt/big turbo engine and manual box to it very soon. anyone carried out the above on the latest turbo?? if so, what is needed?

its still in KMs and reads 155k so around 90k miles. as for price i dont wanna give it away but put it this way you wont find another on the market for the price i paid

The Exedy clutch arrived at the start of the week so got the gearbox bolted on and my hybrid turbo arrived yeasterday morning, so it is is now complete ready to bolt into the car Hybrid Blitz Decat bolted on Bolted to the engine HAPPY DAYS hopefully get it into the car today if im quiet at work ;)

Feedback pt1: Hybrid arrived this morning well packaged and very quickly taking only overnight to get here. and so far just looking at it the craft/workmanship in it looks second to none. I'll update once fitted and running

the old conversion? or my old 'V'? sold the conversion couple years ago to a guy in b'ham. it was for sale a while back but no sure whats happened to it and my V, i done a deal for a WRX wagon in leeds July last year when my wife fell pregnant. wish i kept it tho.

yeh im gonna keep a good note on whats what with the wiring then i'll try do a write up idrees, i got the rear fron sheekey but the front from my local dealer. being in the trade and knowing the parts guys quite well they give me a nice discount ;)

update. 1.5hrs one night last week saw the most recent progress, engine out and today was like christmas..!!! silicone hoses, flywheel, Blitz decat and Glanza bumpers arrived :twisted: engine bay all cleaned and mint now awaiting clutch so i can put it together ready for putting into the car then its time to rewire the engine loom :?

im gonna be fitting and wiring my turbo conversion next week and need advice from other conversion people. its an ep91 4efe loom and i have an ep82 ecu and loom. was told its just plug and play but my last conversion i had to add in the wiring for the extra sensors to the non turbo loom and since it was a few years ago i dont have the info anymore.. anyone got the info needed or a "quick" way???
