I think the wheels are fine tbh. Paint looks in good nick, rare wheels etc. I'd pay that for them.
Another Starlet on the cards in the future Phil, or are you done?
-
I'd paint the carbon tbh. Sounds criminal I know, but there's almost too much carbon there.
It's looking good as a whole though! Always liked the Yaris T-Sport, ever since my parents owned one. -
Hah, there's already a massive chunk out of the middle of the lip, serious chip, so film would be a bit pointless now. Plus it's covered in loads of stone chips now, the joys of Lancashire County Council's obsession with chip and tarring roads around here. I'll most likely look into paint protection film when it inevitably goes in for a front end refresh in 2 years or so.

Another price drop! Just want it gone now to be honest as I could do with the brass.

Charlie looking suave as fuck on that picture, as always.
-
Weyyyyy! Wondered where you had disappeared to! Good to see you back
-
That looks fit. <3

Daily for me! Caused a few headaches in the past when it's had to come off road though.

If M-Factory did a replacement synchro set, i think that'd be very much appreciated, as IIRC they are now discontinued by Toyota. The gearboxes are now all getting to the stage where we are seeing more and more synchros giving up the ghost.

Jesus christ man, mega wheels those! Always liked them!
Going to look spot on when on the GTR! Well jealous, but fair play! -
I just literally saw them now haha, great minds think alike. Unfortunately at the moment I'm unemployed, got made redundant just before December, after this Starlet had already gone in for the respray. Sod all moolah left
I'd quite like to get some spacers to bring the Rays out, but it seems for the 10-15mm I'd want, I'll need hubcentric spacers with longer studs putting into the hubs which seems a faff.

These would look sick on my GT but I just don't have the funds

Well, as some of you may have well seen on Facebook, big things happened to the Trust Krusher over the last month or two. I'll let pictures do the talking...
Full respray done by Fat Fender, and back into the original Toyota 205 Black Metallic rather than the Ford Panther Black it was in. Good job done by them, with repairs to the optional aero skirts needed to replace brackets and repair cracks etc. Luckily there were no rust goblins lurking underneath the original sill cladding. New windscreen in to get rid of all the chips and scratches, and previous bad body repairs to the passenger rear quarter made good and all dents around the body out and/or filled.
The front Livesports splitter is a replica by Id-Workz, and that was in fine shape. The Tom's spoiler is very likely to be genuine, having come from SPS-Dane/Starlet-Bristol for those of you who recognise that name from back in the day.
On the whole, I'm absolutely chuffed to bits with the car, and I can't wait to get it to some shows. I don't want to drive it about, it looks that good. Might just turn up with the front end wrapped in scenetape just to keep stone chips away!

Out of interest, do you have spigot rings?
-
Ah Ricks old car, thats taking me back! The old glory days!
Thanks Daniel
Simon,
Well, that was a nostalgia trip! Top times!

How have I only just seen this?!
That colour looks ridiculous, really good job! Works very well on the 91 shape!
Lovely looking car! Are you planning on showing it off at shows etc? -
Merry Christmas to everyone! Hope everyone got something good from Santa's sack!
-
Lol, CJ Performance. That's a name I've not seen for a while
-
Do a skid ****!
Looks a good base dude!

Hey Si.
My Starlet will be due back from a full respray soon, and obviously, I want to make sure I don't start inadvertently wrecking the paint. I already use a deep bucket with grit guard in the bottom with wash mit for the actual washing, with a foam gun snowfoam before that to drag any loose dirt off. -
Here you go mate, see if he still has it!

EDIT: Ignore! Just saw that it was from 2012... And that you posted in it. D'oh!

Always used 185/55/14 Yokohama S.Drive AS01 on my 6J Volks. Look brilliant on them, profile wise.
