Also noticed the car was down on power and after some help from forum member broony i disovered the actuator was broken so i opted for the hks upgrade fitting this was very easy took a little over half an hour but had a hell of a task getting the little c clip on the back of the arm. My patiants were just about up when it finally went on lol. Thank god.!

Fitted the hks actuator today.. Its a quite Easy job apart from that fucking little clip that holds the arm on.!!!! Its set to 0.7 atm i dont have the heart or the mental strength to remove it to adjust it yet lol Nice bit of kit tho

Wow I've only just seen this sorry guys im all sorted now.! I've got a Hks actuator sorted (had to buy it new) and have been told the turbo is fine. Thanks for all the replies last time i checked this it had 0 replies lol Thanks again guys its appreciated mark,

Right i need a new actuator and the hks one is £108 then 50-60 for it to be fitted Or i can have an alloy adjustable FORGE motorsport one made up for £130 with the same fitment price. What do people think. Mark,

Yeh ill check. Should it not move at all? And if theres play im guessing a new turbo or a recon is whats also needed.. I've Got a hks actuator on the way so hopefully that should sort my actuator issue.

Yeh its still the stock system just seems to have gotten worse over the last day or two.. Like I've said turbo seams to cut out past 3 and k im ordering a new hks actuator on monday

Yeh posted up in the wanted secton are they a pain in the arse to fit buddy? Also if am gunna chew on with turbos etc should i be looking for a hybrid or upgrade? Should i check if the actuator is loose?

Right the turbo sounds asif it stops kicking in about 3 1/2 k revs and runs flat as fart. it also picks and chooses what boost it wants to run.. Sometime itll make the 0.8bar and others ita stays at around .6 And even drops off as low as .5bar.. Had some great advice from broony on this situation anyway but i thought it cant help to get more opinions before i buy a new turbo and actuator. I've checked all the pipes etc and there doesnt appear to be any leaks. Not bothered on spending the money i just dont wanna start throwing money away chasing an issue when it could be something simple. Mark,

Actuator for a ct9 please not fused if its upgraded or standard aslong as it works also if you have a ct9 turbo and would like to sell that too id be happy to do a deal on them.. Id rather pick up, so local would be preferred (north east) but aslong as postage is reasonable then I'm willing to pay postage for one in great condition. Many thanks. Mark
