How would you cap the boost to 6/7 psi ? Hit boost cut before when in 4/5th with this carry on if i go td04?

My starlet is pretty much standard apart from a cat back . What is the cheapest (but safe) way to go td04 . I'v read the tuning guids on here and alot of topics but they all seem to be going td04 and aiming for big power gains And i just wondered if you can do it cheaper
