Do the rx7 top mounted intercooler's any better cooling performance than the standard one?

Just wondered if anyone has any experience with the automatic box on the ep82 and what it can comfortably cope with I don't want to convert it as it would be easier to buy a manual but is there any point with engine mods if not I will put effort into making it show worthy as the body is tidy

Yeah thanks mate got around to fitting them today looks nice dropped at 40 m on 15s the ride feels quite harsh but so are the roads in my area cheers

I have just bought a set of gab adjustable shocks with tien 40 ml lowering springs just wondering if anyone knows if this is a half decent setup for the ep82 and will I get any rubbing dropping 40 ml any advice welcome thanks James

What's happening people?. New member here gone awol from the blue oval scene. I recently bought a silver ep82 with the automatic box it is quite a clean example with 116/000 on the clock. I was just wondering if anyone reckons the auto is worth tuning? it is more or less standard from what I can see except full powerflow system, decat and miscellaneous dump valve. I have never owned a Japanese car before but a gave it a oil, filter and plug change yesterday and found the engine quite easy to work on I will get some pics up as soon as I work out how to do it i'm not very computer savvy any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated thanks. James
