here is my head, with my stainless valves and O'ringing. The reason for O'ringing my head instead of my block is that my block is sleeved with chromoly sleeves, and because of the limited amount of room between the cilinders i could not fit O'rings around them, because it will push the top of the sleeve into the cilinder. Here is my CNC port job (not verry good picture as i took it through the plastic). Cheers Cain D

Really easy, all you need is two 5 pin 30/40 amp relays, a 6-pin connector plug, some wire and 2 relay holders. Thatâ??s it. Do you need to make one? if so ill post up some instructions. Cheers Cain D

Not really I thought it was going to be but it turned out to be quite easy. I did get a price for a genuine Toyota door control ECU $500AUD, but I built mine for less than $20AUD. and it works the same. Thanks for the comments guys, should have some motor updates very soon. Cheers Cain D .

But I do have a solution... boot plastics will be sprayed 2pak blue same colour as the car... thanks for the comments guys it has been so difficult to find parts for this machine, and too have them made up costs a fortune. But im soldiering on. Cheers Cain D .

I should explain. Tial make these housings for GT25 -28 -30 -35 -42 -45. But the lowest AR is .63-.64. But the one I had made is a .58... the reason I got this is that I knew they had made a .58 before for a major Garrett turbo supplier in the states, but knew it was only a "Prototype", and they would not make another one again. But this was not going to stop me from asking anyhow. So I sent them an email asking for one, but they denied even making one of these. So I got my contact form the Garrett supplier to contact them asking for another one. And hey presto it was at my door in record time

Thanks guys, I cannot wait to see these on as well. But im thinking of changing my turbo now have not even put it on yet and already thinking of something better . What im thinking of changing to is a billet turbo... one just like this. Cheers cain D .

Hey there guys & girls, a friend of mine and a member of the Aussie starlet forum, decided to have there 5E-FE block resized to a 75mm bore, to accommodate for the Ross Racing pistons he had just got. So off we went to my uncles machine shop, and dropped the block off to have it bored... 3 hour's later my fried received a call from my uncle saying that if he bored it 75mm than the cylinder walls would be too thin, and he would probably end up popping the block. My uncle suggested to have the block sleeved with grey iron sleeves and doing this the cylinder walls would be allot stronger. So
