Yeah I reckon it would be best to change it then. I will whip the head off over winter when im not using it much and get a metal gasket on there to be on the safe side. Thanks for the advice guys :-)

I've got an OE headgasket on my forged 4e. Pistons are pec 74.5mm I'm concerned that I should of used a larger bore gasket. It runs absolutely spot on though so should I be worried? I'm also going to be running 250+ hp will the OE gasket be good enough or should be change to an athena gasket Thanks

Cool thanks Rob I will stick with the spring that's in it then :-). I guess I can get 440 injectors that are a direct fit without having to change anything

I believe I have a standard top mount and brackets in the my garage somewhere I will have a look later and let you know if you still need one :-)

Thanks for the advice people, I will get myself some injectors sorted then... and then get it into the mappers and see how I get on. I will be happy with 250 hp anymore will be a bonus :-) then I will sort a clutch out afterwards and an lsd as getting traction could be interesting without one haha

Thanks all for your advice :-) I really wasn't sure how much I could push my setup, but with 3 of you saying the same thing i must be going the right way for some good power :-) what injectors do you think I should get? Without spending a fortune on them...

I'm now putting a td04L setup on with external wastegate with a .8 spring in which I will have to change. But what spring should I get for it as I need to get it all ready to go to be mapped. Spec list. Forged engine (pec pistons and rods) Wepr manifold tial external wastegate and screamer pipe Td04L turbo Sard fpr Walbro 255 fuel pump Front mount intercooler 2.5 inch exhaust system Greddy profec 2 boost controller Greddy emanage blue. Opinions on what boost I should be aiming to run? And what spring I should have in the wastegate? Or anything else I need to be doing. Thanks in advance Harry

Yeah I phoned them this morning and there 7quid each just in need of a plug and play harness now

Yeah i would rather an adapter harness, I know tuning developments do them but there expensive. I don't know if any other companies do them, I'm hoping a good second hand one comes up
