Hello people, I've got a blitz BOV which from my little knowledge, I believe it releases boost pressure into the atmosphere when it reaches a certain boost. But I'm abit confused as to what the wastegate in the turbo does, I know people get them welded shut to run a BOV Basically I'm asking because my blitz access aftermarket ecu is on route And I believe I need a new actuator But what is the actuator going to do if I have a BOV Excuse the question which is probably stupid But can someone explain how it all works and what I should do as I can't find it on here Many thanks fellow boosters

Hello people, just a quick question I'm currently running: Stock 4efte 3 puk clutch Lsd box Hdi intercooler Standard ct9 Uprated mani & decat Baffled sump Blitz BOV I'm just looking to buy a tongs hybrid, but if I purchase the tongs will it still run as it does or will I require extra mods eg: ecu, pump, injectors ?? I actually got cheaper insurance having 6 points over 3, because when I did my insurance quote on GOCOMPARE they sent me 2 a insurer that deals with young lads with points.. Insurance is the most backwards thing Even when I was 17 I could insure a range rover cheaper the my ford fiesta, purely because a range rover had been crashed less then fiestas on insurance records Anyways points for speeding ain't 2 bad, they don't view them that bad, however of you got caught on a phone, say hello 2 high premiums

People of Ukso, I live in bedfordshire and I have a glanza v, I've put replaced various parts on my car because an arsehole sold me a bag of poo, however I did get it quite cheap so I thought sod it il fix it up. So far I have replaced: Low mileage engine (bottom shells went in original 1 after 100 miles) Cusco lsd box Exedy 3 puk clutch Mani and de cat Ct9 turbo New timing belt kit Full service and all new fluids And various other cosmetic bits When the new engine was being installed a few sensors got broken (thermostat I think) And being because the engine was from a starlet gt I think a few bits are different Anyways I now have a car that's basically done apart from it needs the idling sorting because it hunts abit, a hdi intercooler set fitted and a civic half rad fitting up I realise these are easy things to do but I want some one who has some competent knowledge of 4eftes to finish it and get it running sweet If you have a tuning shop or are a mobile mechanic that is competent how much would you charge to finish it, would need picking up because I don't want to drive it till it is all running perfect or it finishing on my driveway in bedford Thanks very much peeps
