Ive been offered a 4E-FTE from a glanza V with 62k on the clock for £450, is that too high or is that what these engines go for?

Hi! Not sure what kind of response this is going to get, or whether it has been asked before (i cant find anything on this matter) But i was wondering, does a 4E-FTE bolt straight into your standard 1.3 non turbo starlet? If so what things need to be changed and what things would i need, i.e. gearbox etc..
