  1. Cheers guys! @Jag - its very tight indeed, but hasn't really burned the bumper at all thank god. Sounds pretty quiet no idle, but when on boost sounds nuts! Changed my BOV back to the forge 'because I was sick of having to rag it hard to get it to dump (the blitz ss had a blue spring in it, which i'm sure is the harder one).
  2. I was scared lol. I didn't like the idea of using the FCD to trick the ECU to think its running normally (therefore leaning out slightly) and then having to use a FPR to compensate for the lack of fuel - just seemed very crude to me!

  5. Its a CAP 4puck paddle clutch, was £130 including delivery from the US, so cheap in comparison to some available here. Rated for 265lb/ft and its a very good clutch. Not that difficult to drive, just a bit jerky and can be very on/off sometimes, but haven't stalled her yet! lol. Looked very good quality and seems to do the job very well! Cheers
  6. I was also thinking about a torque damper, 'because its all well and good having all a lot of power, but 1st gear is pretty much useless to me. Just spins and spins, wet or dry. Really pisses me off! Thing is, they are so fuckin' expensive! Check on eBay and engine dampers for other car are like, £30ish. For ours, £130 ;)

  8. Cheers keirz mate! Yeah got the stock front strut, was looking at the rear cusco ones for sale on here! Had an ALK on order, but was taking weeks and weeks 'because of a supply problem with whiteline, so cancelled it. I'll wait til they get them in stock, then re-order. Was thinking possibly ARB , thats a possibility.

  10. I've got £80 sitting about and I wanna spend it, but I dunno what on! I've got most of the "obvious" mods that most people tend to get, fmic, mani, exhaust, filter, etc. so dunno what I should spend this £80 on. Was thinking a front strut brace - do they make *that* much difference? Any ideas?

  13. Hey, Just changed my rear discs and pads this morning (started at 6.30 'because I needed the car for 12 - didn't take anywhere near that long tho! ) and I want to bleed the brake system and top it up with some new brake fluid, what does everyone recommend? Thanks, Chris.

Does anybody have any experience with them? I know how to fit the T section etc but the two connections coming off of the actual in cabin bit, one is for "exhaust", where does that one go exactly?   21. Bit bored, so I thought I'd share what I've been up to today! Its pretty damn hot here ! Dunno what its like in other areas, but its warm, like t-shirt only warm! Wierd seeing as we had snow day before yesterday! Bloody global warming...anyhoo, me and my bro were bored so decided to tinker with the GT and GT4. We made up a cold air feed that sits just below my bro's foglight and also made a cold air box.   23. Haha yeah I know. But its an alternate way of setting the car up; I'd buy a SAFC and a JAM FCC and trim fuelling in the lower revs to make sure I'm running perfecto! I could obviously use a SAFC with my HKS FCD, but rather get a greddy or Jam.
