  1. Well it's time for the Glanza to go, new Toy has been purchased and the garage will only fit 1 car. My build thread will show everything that has been done from the standard car it was when I bought it in 2014. No money has ever been spared on this car it is in superb condition and one of the best ones out there. It's a real head turner.

    The start:

I bought this off a friend of mine who was the first UK owner, he hadn't done much to it, just BC coilovers and HKS dump valve. It drove it 3 miles a day to work and back. I have the original service book and owners hand book from Japan, I have a folder full of receipts.

The car is always stored inside and has got wet a handful of times since owning it, I use it probably 2-3 times a month !

    Servicing:
-Cambelt & water pump done in 2014 when I bought it
    -Fuel filter changed 2015
-Always had oil & filter change every 5k last changed 14/8/2017
-Always run on V-power since I've owned it
-Just fitted 2 weeks ago front yellow stuff pads
    -Slotted EBC front discs 2015
-New rear discs and pads fitted 2015
    -N/S rear calliper fitted 2017
-New Spark plugs & HT leads 2015
-Brake Fluid change and upgrade 2014

    Engine:

    -Stock internals
-Running 235.4bhp @ 1.1 bar TD04 externally gated Tial wastegate
-Mapped with print out by Tuning Developments in 2015
    -Greddy Emanage Blue
-WEPR ramhorn with downpipe & screamer bought new.
    -TD04 supplied by TD
    -Upgraded Fuel pump TD
    -Fuel pressure regulator TD
-TD upgraded Fuel rail with braided lines
-1/2 size Rad with red TD pipes 2014 (screamer has burnt a bit of the shroud, nothing to worry about)
    -J Performance intercooler bought new
    -RW catch can
-RW power steering pot (Not fitted in box)
-Greddy Oil cooler (came on the car)
-HKS Full exhaust system bought from Sumopower in 2014, I've had the centre box removed and it's titanium heat wrapped from the downpipe back, Sounds great pops & bangs but 90DB @4.5k idle for track use
    -Greddy Turbo Timer
-HKS Mushroom air filter fitted 2017

    Gearbox & Clutch:

-Just had it stripped down 2 months ago to replace all the bearings, once in the box we changed 5th gear and lots of small parts I've got a list
-TRD Helical Diff, these are amazing, lets you power into and out of corners
    -Polybush Rear gearbox mount
-TD 6 Puk Paddle clutch Stage 3 with light weight flywheel 2015

    Handling:

-Enkei RPF1 15'' alloys, bought brand new 2016
-Enkei Duralumin light weigh wheel nuts bought from RHD Japan
-Meister R coilovers fitted this year and bought brand new !
    -Carbing top strut
-ultra racing 3 point rear strut
    -ultra racing C-Pillar bar
-ultra racing H bar underneath car
    -TRD anti roll bar
    -Full alignment done last week
-Yokohama AD08R's all round, I've done 2 track days this year and that's all it's ever done on track, 1 full day and 1 evening so they are scrubbed but loads of tread
    -Braided brake lines
    -ABS model still working

    Car/bodywork
-Cat 1 Toad A1606 alarm fitted in 2014 with certificate
    - MOT June 18
    - I fitted MPH converter on gearbox so it's done 98k and speedo and mileage is showing in KM (157,000, roughly) but all paper & old MOT add up
-X2 brand new Toyota genuine headlamps fitted 2 months ago( old ones faded)
-Has optional front lip on front bumper

    Interior:

-Back is fully stripped out just got x2 adjustable Sparco seats & harnesses which I bought new
-Nardi suede wheel bought new only 1 year old
    -Prosport Boost gauge with memory
-Prosport Oil pressure gauges with memory
    -AEM wideband
All sit in 3 pod pillar mounted

I'm sure I've probably missed some stuff and I've got hundreds of photos on my phone. The car is currently stored away so any viewings need to be arranged in good time. Bexhill, East Sussex

This really is a minter, 1st to see will buy !

  2. Pb have basically fucked the internet up lol.

If on a phone id reccomend tapatalk, direct from phone uploads and very similar to the likes of facebook. Only takes a short while to get used to it and its a hub for loads of forums in one place.

If on a laptop then imgur or tinypic still allow 3rd party hosting.

Think I'll give that a miss then, no more pics on this build lol ! I found photobucket a ball ache

    Cheers anyway

Took the car to Lydden Hill for an all day track day Wednesday. First time it's ever been on track and it didn't miss a beat so happy with it. x6 20min hard sessions apart from the super wet first one ! It's amazing what these cars can do up against cars on paper that you think are quick. Killed the pads but suppose that was expected

  4. Please please please put a video up of you driving it with the screamer, i have the same kit ordered and should be with me in a few weeks from the wepr guys. get back to me on that one :D

only just seen this. There's loads on my Instagram @turbotarquin

  5. Gotta love a good clean gearbox. How do you find the under brace dude?

Yeah it's clean as at the moment. Yeah H brace is good, I've run with one for some time now and makes a difference..does end up scraping when B road bashing

  6. Im pretty sure its clutch pack style not Helical. I'm currently running a TRD helical unit and it looks different to that one. In my experience the clutch style ones work better if setup properly.

It look identical to a Helical TRD after doing some research last night and also to drive it gives massive massive grip accelerating out of a corner which I read on a TRD page that's what they do
