Has anyone ever had a track rod end pop off? No damage and the bolt was loose.

Make sure the starter lead is plugged on. Mine pops off n does the same thing!

Yeah I've done the crank n a new alternator as the oil flicked up into the old one. It's now off the road and I have another sump now thank you x

Everywhere it's all flicked up my engine too

It's been like it for a few years with previous mots but I don't think anyone bothered to fix it till I bought it.

I have a 1992 gt turbo. My sump is leaking (a lot) I've just contacted my local Toyota parts place and they no longer sell them or make them as its a jap car, +age!

I've looked on eBay n there's nothing! Does anyone know where to get a new sump from? I live in Kent

Yeah that's what I was thinking but now my wipers won't stop at all. Fuse has been changed

I'm having the same problem but it's blowing my 80amp alt fuse too

I have a starlet ep82. Basically it had a flat battery so I got my mate to put jump leads on, it wasn't charging so I told him to make sure they were on properly, 20minutes later it starts but then it started running lumpy n wipers were goin mad on there own and the cat warning light came on and battery light!

I've got a new battery n fuse and it ran fine for 5minutes n pop it had gone again. It's also blowing 15amp wiper fuse hence the wipers going mad? Any ideas what the problem could be?
