Is there any way to stop the boost decreasing after 5,000rpm on a ct9 setup? I hear the td04 turbos pull all the way to the limiter?

3" bore and bracket to hold it to the engine block. Makes a nice whistle noise from the turbo and is loud but not rediculous.
