Yeah sorry guys, it was me being a div! Having a jam I thought it would just plug in but been told to run it alongside the original ecu! Thanks for your help!

Sorry. Just been informed you plug it in alongside the original standard ecu, hence the name piggyback! Duh! Sorry for being dopey. I've got a jam ecu so thought it would just plug in the same. I'll fish the original ecu out and try that. Thanks for all the help!

I've got 2 looms, one is complete with connectors on each that is the boomslang one I presume. and one has connectors on one end and has been cut out the car and just wires at the other end, also got a map sensor and wiring for the greddy. But using a greddy ebc.

Won't start, was told with a boomslang harness/wiring loom would just plug in and run. Light is on ecu. Any help? Thanks!

Bought a greddy blue with a boomslang harness/loom and not sure what goes where but was told it just plugs in and runs, the power light comes on but no firing. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

I would love to get a refund but this is the second time this has happened, bought a td04 turbo kit which was sold as all good but fitted it and it smoked at idle, seller said it was ok when they had it and that was that, then bought this and it was ok for 5 mins and then it got this fault. Just unlucky I guess.

Just spent £120 on this! No funds left. If I put an external wastegate on it will it boost at 1 bar all the time anyway? That's all I want!

When I plug the solenoid in I can hear it go straight to wide open. So must be an electrical fault I should think.

How much is a repair ollie? How much is a repair ollie? And do either of you know about external gates? Does it allow it to go to a bar and no more? Just thinking of a way around it!
