I have d1 spec wheel nuts i know they have bad reviews but im going to try them.. So whats the best torque to tighten them?

So i need a breather filter for the catch can and an air filter then the engine is complete.. Need to change a cv boot on passenger side so when thats done brakes back on and last coilover then get the wheels on and get it washed since its been in the garage since august. Anyone know what to tighten d1 spec nuts to? And heres a newer pic of the bay

So after fitting my coilovers i thought id try 1 of my wheels on, still on axle stands as i need to change brake pads but heres how it sits
