Cheers, will give it a go tomorrow. They are going in now, just takes a bit of pushing. Probably a good thing as they will stay in.

Do you ship abroad? If so, how much for the 2 rear calipers shipped to the Netherlands?
Should manage that bud, I checked interparcel and they do it for £23.40, I pm'd you the quote.
-

Drilled mine out and used blots when I was ct9
I might just do that instead if I can't find them, seems easier atm.

click on you tube and search for wastegate pretensioning
Cheers, had a look at a few vids last night.
Clip went on first time with long nose pliers.
-
Haha aye I'm just about to leave for screwfix to buy long nose pliers to see if that helps wedge it on. I will need them to get it off again when adjusting.
Luckily I have 2 clips currently as the actuator came with one supplied. They do go flying though as I've found out.
-
Yeah just gonna do that for now. The clip holding the arm on is an absolute bugger though to attach.
-
Ah sound, I get now you bud. Cheers

Ok cheers, goin by the pdf fitting guide I just thought you measured it, fitted it on and that was it.
So just now, I pull the rod and it won't ever open the wastegate. I will get the right tension as you said so as to just keep it shut.
Is the vacuum line correct there ?
-
So, took off standard actuator. It was really slack compared to the HKS, which is really stiff and had to really pull it to get it over the wastegate pin. I'm guessing this is normal though and a good thing. It's measured out to 121mm for 1.0 bar.
Looking at the diagram to hook up the vacuum lines, it was a little unclear where the 100mm goes from the T-Piece. Does it connect below as I have it to the turbo ?

Still got the fcd mate
emu still available?
Yeah, still got both here for sale.

I'm not sure mate.
Camskill sell the gaskets for the cat to downpipe, turbo to cat, turbo to manifold and manifold.
http://www.importcarparts.co.uk does some of the stuff a few quid cheaper
-
aye, looks the same as this - http://www.camskill.co.uk/m19b0s1303p96033/Toyota_Starlet_Turbo_%5BEP82_EP91%5D_-_Parts_Spares_Tuning_Servicing_Accessories_-_Frontpipe_to_Cat_Housing_Gasket_-_AFTERMARKET_TRIANGLE_SHAPED_GASKET_Toyota_Starlet_Turbo_EP82_EP91
Hole looks slightly bigger though.
No heat from blowers, dash temperature gauge rises as normal

Changed my coolant and I'm not getting heat inside the car now. I'm guessing the thermostat is fine as the dash gauge rises as normal. I didn't bother flushing it however.
Started the car up and I got a slight whirring sound as it got up to almost halfway temperature and the radiator level went down, topped it up a bit. Is this just the pump making normal noises ?
I don't think I've fully bled the system atm as I turned it off with the whirring sound as I've never heard it before and don't fancy cooking the car if anything is a miss.
Cheers
