  1. That guy i was talking with said to me that there are different options of springs to fit depend with your horsepower/torque... As base kit has springs that have limit the 300 hp range and for more power has different springs which are limited to 600 hp...


    I don't know how this sounds maybe its just bullsh*t???

    What are the problems with this product???? ... It ends to gearbox or diff failure or it doesn' t lock up as an aftermarket diff?????

  4. Hi guys and greetings from Cyprus!!!



    I will try to explain quick because is little urgent!!!



    We have a 99 Glanza for mapping and the car has an E-manage Ultimate!! The car was tuned previously on an S-AFC and the rev limiter was at 7800 rpm cluster indication!!!


    Now with the EMU we tune the car but the Ecu sees that the limiter is at 6600 rpm although the cluster shows 7000 rpm.


    Why is this malfunction now??


    The harness is made by a professional electrician that does racing harnesses for most racing cars here!!!


    Anything that could cause that problem???


    Note that the coolant temperature sensor is not reading correctly and on the Ecu shows 130 degrees although in the cluster is in the middle as it should!!!

  5. We dont have boost controller!!! We have the n75 boost solenoid from an Audi and everything is controlled by the ECU!!! The wastegate is a Turbonetics Evolution and i think the spring is 0.8 or 0.9 but its very stiff !!! you cant push it with your hand !!!

  6. Hello guys and greetings from Cyprus!!!


    We finished tuning last night and made 279 whp and 313nm of torque!!!


    The car is on 98octane pump fuel and the engine is a forged 4e with 5e cams and fully stock head!!!


    Turbo is Vf30 and we boost it at around 1.8 bar but it cant hold boost and it drops it about 1.55 to revlimit!!


    How can i hold the boost up top to 1.8 so we get close enough to 300whp range????


    Also the Ecu is a standalone Adaptronic 440d !!!!

    Is there any difference in the pinout output from an EP91 4efte MT Ecu and EP91 4efte AT transmission??


    If yes can you help me find the pinout of the AT ECU???

  8. Srry i forgot to mention!!! The fuel we will use is the Vp MS109 !!!


    My tuner said about 75 shot but i am worried because i am a little afraid to shoot on a 4E so much nitrous!!!

    I was wondering how much nitrous can i spray on a forged 4E safe!!!


    My setup is:


    wiseco pistons 74.5


    scat rods with arp 2000 bolts


    Athena gasket 1.2mm


    Arp 2000 head studs


    IHI Vf30 turbo boosting 1.6 bar


    Adaptonic 440d fully standalone ecu


    5e intake manifold along with 5e cams on a standard head!!!



    Any advice or help will be appreciated!!!!

  10. Hey guys again!!!



    We opened the ECU today to our tuner and from a little look he might find the chip that has the maps!! Now he said he will try to take out that chip and try to read it!!!!



    Also he is going to order some chips with the same part number that are re-writable and try to tune it!!! Fingers crossed hope he can



    make it!!! I will keep you informed!!!

    We will give him tomorrow an EP91 AT Ecu just to see it and he will reply to us if in his opinion can do anything about it but i was just wondering if anyone tried it before with any results!!

    I was wondering if the factory ECU can be programmable(like Honda's or Evo's) with any possible way and if anyone tried and did it!!!!



    Because a local tuner here in Cyprus said to me to give him my standard Ecu to check if it has a part that can be replaced and the Ecu



    could become programmable!!!! I think the part that spoke about is EPPROM if i am not mistaken!!!!

    As i said the previous days in my introduction in the forum i have a forged 4E powered Glanza V which outputs 263 atw from a Vf30 turbo boosting at 1.6bar!!! All this is set by a S-AFC2. I know is not nice solution but i wasn't very informed back in the days and i am planning to go or with an E-manage Ultimate or a standalone Adaptronic 420c. My question is except from the ECU change what other mods can I do to reach around 290-300whp and the car be street driven safely???? Also the the car has 5E cams and inlet manifold on a bone stock 4E head..
