Just phoned Dastek about the following quote below which was presented on TOC. Basically the rules/regs are that the person's car which is on teh roller at the given time can stand by the dyno, sit in the car & talk to Paul. All other member's have to be behind a grey area which has been markered on the ground. Unknown as to how far this is from the rollers but I wouldnt imagine that far given the size of the place. If anyone wants phots/videos then they can set them up on tripods but im guessing were all up technology and our cams have decent enough zooms? Anyways thats how it stands. If you feel this isn't fair and you dont wish to participate let me know and I will remove your name. But as for the day thats it all booked for the Sat 8th July. Dastek Power Run - Lunch - Power Down @ Crail Thrash - Sat 8th July Thought I would start a fresh as this is now guarenteed/definite. You just need to put your name down, turn up, pay, talk/banter then if your up for it we can go grab a bit of lunch/late breakfast and for those of us who are for it convoy up to the Crail thrash. There was a request that this be for Jap cars only, which I dont have a prob with. Anyone objecting please say so. Also I will copy/paste this to another local forum I use but will state for Jap Cars only. We need definite names/cars down ASAP. No tooshing about. So the day would go a bit like this: Dastek - 8.30/9am start (15+ cars are run) - Please note you will get a power run with a whp/torque reading printed out on laminated paper. Lunch - Whenever we done/ready we go to McDonalds/Beefeater Crail Thrash - 4pm - 11pm (If you want) Cost of Dastek is £35 for 15-20 cars or £30 for 21+ cars. Cost of Crail is £7 entry and £15 for thrash time. This gives you plenty notice to save up your pennies, do mods which you want to do etc etc.. So here goes: 1.
