What you reckon.
Keep or too tacky?

Stange one mate,
As someone has already suggested, get the CT9 back on and if the noise disappears, it's time to open up the turbo!
-
I just fitted an anti lift kit today. It doesn't matter which way round the plate is as long as the bush is offset to the outside of the car. Therefore both your diagrams are OK. The plate is just a spacer with a slot for tolerance of fitting.

Sad to hear it mate!
Hope fitting the new gucci bits helped lift the mood.
Out of interest, whats the name of the company in Govan?
-
Do you have any more left buddy? Could be interested in a front ep91 one with stickers waiting to be put on (so I can spray)
Cheers
The two current sets have been allocated but I hope to have more soon.
If either of the guys back out you're next in line. If not I'll let you know when the next batch are ready
Cheers,
Jezza

Do the rear ones fit with the optional rear splitters mate?? I could be interested in a rear one!!
Hi mate.
Not sure which splitters you have. Are they the same as nanglebadger?
-

No bother. I'm back in Ireland from tomo til Wed so I'll get in touch then and see what you're after. Still have the cooling panel.

I will have a pair please matey
No bother mate. I'll PM you when they are ready.
-
I have 2 more sets at powder to be finished next week if anyone is interested.

Great stuff.
Always hit and miss with Royal mail. Perhaps they should consider a fleet of GTs and Glanzas for delivery vehicles. Surely that would speed things up!!!
Watch out for more J.D tuning goodies in the very near future!

What sort of mesh was it? You did the right thing taking the pipework off and removing the wire.
If some of the wire found its way through the intercooler, I'd be wanting to do an oil change and check the sump for any stray bits that may have found a way in. Do you have a magnetic sump plug?
I'll take a look at the turbo for you when you get it off.

Gutted mate. Alan told me the story of how you aquired it!!
You could take it apart and check to see what the damage is.
Best outcome would be no internal damage, just remove the mesh particles and re assemble possibly with a rebuild kit (seals bearings etc) while its apart.
If there is more damage, you could send it away to the likes of universal turbos for a complete rebuild. Will cost you though!

So far so good for me. Couldn't fault them so far.
What's your problem
-
good stuff. Royal mail deliver quickly for a change!
Wouldn't do any harm fitting them to see how they look.
I scuffed the bottom of my front tow eye in a pot hole today. Raging!

CRAIG-SR - pair - Dispatched
Lee EP82 - pair - Dispatched
Gary EP91 - pair - Dispatched
Single rear tow eye remaining
Will be getting more made soon

Good stuff mate don't put the stickers on i have found a mate to powder coat mine blue for a drink
No bother, all boxed up with stickers seperately. Your mate will need to sand/shot blast the red powder off first.
-

Lee EP82 - pair - payment received
Gary EP91 - pair - Awaiting payment
I have 1 rear left from the first batch. Possibly going to jonnymac depending on compatibility with glanza rear lip.

Its a charcoal filter designed to absorb petrol vapour while the car is parked. Once you start the car the vapors from the charcoal canister are purged back into your engine and burned.
