The EP82 is a cracking little pocket rocket and can be reasonable to run if you dont run on high boost and dont rag it but then again thats half the fun. 19 years old I imagine will be a sticking point with insurance as it is a group 13 -14 and if you have not got any no claims or very little the insurance companies will hammer you.
