almost two years any progress ?

Progress is good, not long now before it'll be finished. There were a few hiccups along the way and a few changes in the spec list too, but it won't be long.

That’s a long time to be waiting! Hopefully it’s done soon

Shouldn't be waiting too much longer, well worth the wait though!

Yeah, few little issues which have been sorted now, just the final few pieces of the puzzle to put together! :)

I've never actually seen this! Will have to see if I can get an issue somewhere! Thanks for that!

    Nice purchase!

Currently also getting one of these fitted along with a full engine build and standalone etc.

Let me know how it goes buddy!

  3. Running no dash would be sick lol nobody runs no dash start a new trend

I had thought about it and doing a wire tuck/heater removal etc but it's just too much and I still want it neat haha!

    X2YOCDH.jpg

Soon to be all changed as I ditch the DEFi's for a full colour dash which I'm putting together to run with my standalone setup.

This is pretty much what I had in mind, looks so smart bud! Picking up a second dash at the weekend so may have to start doing something similar, it's the neat finish I had in mind!

How easy/hard is the flock to keep clean? Nightmare for dust etc?

    Cheers

  4. Nice feature in retro magazine mate

In Retro Magazine?! I don't think I've seen that buddy, it's been in Japanese Performance but I can't recall seeing it in anything else... You got any more info on that dude?

How far along are you with the car? It's been there for getting on for 8 months now?!

It's all progressing nicely buddy, I've changed the spec a hell of a lot from what it was going to be and had a lot of parts ordered that need to be made and then imported... I will update the thread accordingly when there's more to tell, but for now, it's all being kept quiet, it'll be done when it's done :)

  5. Afternoon!

Yes they are almost complete - should be being finished and ready to be shipped to the UK within the next two weeks.

As I have mentioned to a few of the guys - we have comissed nearly 40 pairs across the 3 designs ( 80 indidividal parts ) which is a huge workload when utilising carbon!

I will be in touch with everyone to advice once they have been shipped and the lead time to the UK. It will be at this point where the teaming 50% will be for those who didn't pay in full :)

    Best wishes

    Simon

This is great news! As soon as they've landed in the UK I'll take a drive down and pay the other half cash... Mega stoked for these!

  6. Been ordering a few more bits while the car is away, so it'll give me something to do when it comes back!

Ordered my carbon Livesports wings from Simon and Rob at Fiske Automotive, plus the girlfriend has informed me of a custom car related Christmas present, which I'm mega excited for!

Also had my carbon cage covers turn up the other day too!

Of course not everything I purchase will be uploaded though, some things will be kept secret until it's all finished :)

    Scott

  7. Morning All,

Great news, the EP91 pre sale is now full for the livesports style front fenders! As I am sure you are aware these are +20mm over stock, Livesports have also previously confirmed that the maximum wheel the new fenders can take is +15 225/45/16.

    The next steps for everyone is;

    - Payment of deposit - once a 50% deposit is received from each signed up member the oe items will be ordered and allow carbon fibre items to be produced.

    - The due date for all deposits will be the end of next week (18th December 2016)

    - The deposit total is £200 leaving £199 due when goods are ready to be shipped / collected. As per the title post, shipping is additional and collection is FOC.

    - The payment methods are bank transfer / paypal / cheque (if people still do this)

Thank you very much and nice work for bringing some legendary fenders to life in carbon like never before!

    Simon

    Hi Simon,

Could you please send me your PayPal address and I'll send the deposit over in the morning,

    Thanks! :)
