how do i check that? just take the rad cap off....... what else do i need to allways keep an eye on. i have a oil filter but i cant get the bugger on lol. took off the splash gard and the filter is a bugger to get out. i couldnt even ram a screwdriver in it. was in such a dodgy area. how stupid is that. where can i get one of those clamps which bolts on to the end and a spanner?

yes i filled up the coolant in to the plastic container. was this wrong? should i drain the radiator before filling with new coolant if so how? and my mind is at rest on the ticking situation. i just didnt hear it when i first bought the car and was wondering if anything was going to break....

and the radiator?

any one know what it could be. only seems to start when first turned on and once warm seems to go away after like 15 mins.. i never noticed this noise when it was warmer if that helps? and if someone can tell me if i filled up in wrong area was i meant to fill it up from radiator cap?

where the arrow points is a clickin sound quite loud on start up but once engine is on for about half hour, so well warmed up it seems to go. (time of year bein cold) i dont know someone help im worried it might lead to other things. also the other arrow pointing to cooler fluid. this is where i filled up. si this wrong? was i meant to do it from top or radiator? thanks to montanajr as i used his pic for the topic as didnt have one of my own so rather get up off my ass i copy and pasted his one

I've had the lensos and i dont think you should as both myself and a mate have them and they done the same thing on the dish bit (chrome bit) goes all weird like there poorly made and i tried to keep em as nice as poss and never curbed em and allways kept em clean and they still did it. plus i think there a bit tacky lookin when you get em below 16inch and the colour doesnt go well with silver cars because my mate has the same colour rims as those and he has a silver saxo and they make them look real tacky. sorry for the essay just a word of advice.

i remember the drive back in mine i said i wasnt gonna rag it on the motorway but this bmw was behind me and my mate was in the slow lane and i drove forward as my mate was videoing me n the new car (him being in the other car) and i wanted to c how it shifted so let the bw go passed and immediatly pulled back on to fast lane and gave it some welly and kept up with him till 110 then his being a 2litre he pulled away but i was still shocked as didnt know much about starlets and they were a 1.3t. brilliant. o and scary moment went to indicate to get in fast lane (window wipers came on ) got really confused hessitated pulling out then decided to go mean while tryin to turn window winders off and and nearly hit some old blokes car as he didnt c me indercate and didnt slow down at all.

took time in the area so went up the dyke in brighton. (i didnt name it lol the dyke is a famouse place for dogging and a pub on top of the hills.) i love this next one >>> took a few more but these were the best ones
