  1. I was reading up a while back on different maps available for them, and i think i do remember seeing an "eco map". I'll have to dig out an e-mail I received from this company who do mobile mapping. Had a good read on their site and for £260 would come to me and map the car! get it to 180 BHP and some awesome torque soo very tempted! lol. I'll try and find it for you amjad
  2. Looks sweet mate! I have a 130 TDI Leon for commuting to work and its excellent! Do about 90miles a day on the motorway, cruising at about 90/100 and still returns 50mpg! They feel real torquey aswell and pick up from like 1000 rpm, but do give up the ghost at about 3500. Looking to get mine remapped but a bit concerned about the clutch, as I really dont fancey forking out for one of them atm! keep us posted adam
  3. SR17

    hey

Welcome along, as the others have said ..... pics Hope to see a nice build thread soon! adam
  4. Welcome dude, looks a nice clean base ;) Glad to here you are keeping it nice and standard aswell, defo the way forward Adam
  5. bloody hell mate, glad your ok and you get everything sorted, thats gutting news adam
  6. I now see Cheers luke, I was getting confused as to what made some cars premium and some standard! Bit poo you cant do it on all cars though thanks again
  7. Hi guys Im sorry if this seems like stupid question, but on GT5 how come I cannot change the wheels on my cars?? It always says "you cannot change wheels on a standard car"? What do i need to do in order to be able to change wheels? I have quite a few cars and seem unable to change the wheels on all of them!!?? I dont play on the ps3 much so dont shoot me down!! Cheers Adam
  8. My SR cost £760 when I first passed a few years back now. I still own an SR as a second car now which my 17 year old bro uses occasionally, and with him on my policy it is £1600!!! one word = JOKE adam
  9. As the other lads have said, dont throw money at it, unless you can afford to of course The starlet can be great little car on track/ b-roads, but spend money on brakes and a decent suspension set-up. Can then outbrake/ take corners much quicker than bigger cars. I have tracked my first SR and my bro's current one quite a lot and its amazing that a pretty underpowered car can keep up with much bigger stuff in the twisities Of course having a turbo is a lot more fun, but as you said being young not everyone can afford a tubby! At the end of the day, its your car so do what YOU want! ;)
  10. Very nice, I love these, fair play to you Enjoy it adam
  11. Turned all the controls and stuff off and its a beast of a game. The sounds the cars make are very realistic and hammering through the woods is great fun, graphics are also really good
  12. Playing it now, i really like it. The steering though is a little to light for my liking, and when you get into a drift you cant see to hold it very well without the power cutting out, there is probs some way of changing it just havnt had a good look yet. But its brilliant I think. Getting my Ken Block on as we speak adam
