Hi I'm looking to see is there any toyota cv joints in its range that will fit the starlet to upgrade it. Currently have a problem splitting cv joints and getting tired of changing halfshafts.

I've personally done some tuning to these engine and they respond very well. I have done cams and proper solid lifters for them. Pushing 145bhp on a turbo inlet manifold and std cynos 4-2-1 manifold all still on a standard bottom end. My series regulations mean it has to stay n/a.

Oem ones are the best fit and last the longest, next best is victor reinz ones after that i wouldn't look at the rest out there. You pay for what you get.

I'm looking for a complete front shock assembly with top mount off either a turbo or n/a left or right dont mind. Must be on standard spring and don't mind if the shock has had it. Just need it to get dimensions and lengths for a project. Closer to derby the better

No I meant can I use the bellhouse casing from the 5 speed na on the 6speed to have the right bolt pattern for the engine

I know about having to change the bellhousing casing to suit the 4efe engine. The question I have is can I use the casing from a n/a box and will it suit or do I need a turbo casing due to the 8 bolt diff in it??????

I recently just got a box from a cynos el54, it ran the 5e-fhe engine. I would like to know is this a shorter ratio box than the std starlet box?? I know its a c152 gearbox

I have convert my 1996 ep91 from non power steering to power steering. The problem I'm having is I removed everything from a 1998 ep91 everything has been straight forward bar the steering column. I knew I needed everything off the donor car including the steering column. When I went to fit the column the 4 bolts that mount the column are in different locations. I cant get the dash bar from the donor car as there was none, So what column will suit my 1996 ep91 with power steering now and fit my dash bar aswell

Make sure to run it in on a running in oil, like a millers running in oil. It has additives in it to bed in cams and rings. First 20 minutes of starting the engine from new is the make or brake time for new rings. Do not let it idle to long on first start up you need to get driving it asap to put the rings under load to help bedding in.
