theres a glanza with a big wing about midway.

been a while since i seen a starlet on the road, i was in my mx5 turbo and you was first in the queue at the lights as i drove out of the retail park.

Made me want to sort mine out.as its been 4 years

only thing i have left is the speedo/rev dials (ideal for ep90 starlet)

final bump before car gets scrapped at end of week...

You guys are gonna bend me over for this but

I was checking some of the other fuses mentioned in that TGTT thread, came to the EFI one last. Prodded the wires running around the outside and one was loose, surely this was it? Poked it back in place, lo and behold the car fired up at once!

Major thanks to everyone that helped, I really really appreciate it! Just relieved it was a simple fix, albeit as long as it took! Phew!

any fault codes?

check the earth on the manifold by the idle valve.... wire bush both surfaces then refit.

coolant temp sensor is a cheap replacment id try that next

had a similar issue on my mx5 few years ago and that was the efi relay

both of those on ewg BUT rejoined after the downpipes as i dont like screamers anymore lol

if ewg with scremer then 2.5 would be plenty

Alright buddy, is the driver's side wing mirror fully functional with glass intact? If so, how posted much for that and the boot lock? Cheers!

wing mirrors are pukka. blakc plastic case all working ect. £22.5 posted ill check the boot lock tomorrow as i think its been glued..

basically bought this for the engine but it has new rear shocks (less than 8months)

its had an impact on the osfonly minor... broken light cluster and crease where the bumper joins arch.

all tyres have plenty of tread, alloys are ideal for winter runners.

interior is MINT all round.

EML hasn't come on, can I still trigger codes if I do a diagnostic check?

yes you can still got the test...

with engine and ignition off bridge te1 and e1 with a paperclip or peice of wire then turn ignition on and count the blinks

you might get code 14 if you've tried to turn it over and it didnt start.

im assuming the mines ecu retains fault codeslike the stock ecu
