Hey people! I have had it diagnosed and sorted! It was the coil pack the was broke so i had it replaced costing me a total of £75 inc labour, diagnostics and part. Just glad it wasn't too expensive! Thanks Lewis

Checked earthing and is fine, also checked wired et and they all seem to be good! Tried getting someone to get it on the diagnostics but no1 has the adaptor and can't to it! I'm completely stumped and don't know what to do!!

Hi guys n girls! Been having trouble starting car in wet and getting missfiring etc! Went under bonnet and my king led disintegrated in my hand so for that was the problem and changed that! Unfortunantly that didnt work, car ticks over but will not start. Cleaned all the connections etc. I then tried earthing it out and it wont spark so the problem must be before the king lead! Any ideas pleaseeeeeee, i cant get to work at mo so need to fx asap! I have a starlet gt turbo ep82 1993 Thanks Lewis

rite....... Car overheated other nite so pulled over because temp gauge was up in the red and my heaters were blowing freezing cold!! Looked under the bonnet and my pipes coming from my radiator were sqeezed together not allowing and water to pass through. Not being an expert i called the RAC who came and took my thermostat out and jammed it open. It was running freezing cold then and heaters were blowing hot! Actually it was so cold it was at the bottom of the temp gauge. I then went to drive home about 20miles and about a mile from my house it shot rite up again and overheated! When he

I have got 8k kit and they are very bright! the only problem is i cant adjust my beam angle and get flashed by loads of drivers. how do i adjust it? I have ep82 model (Not twin headlights just single) Cheers

Been given a busy week at work so going to do it on thursday morning and give it a try and let u know. As for the HKS actuator thing it seems to be doing it through the whole rev range but might invest in one neway!! Saying that it seemed fine today because i have been driving around alot as i fitted my HKS SSQV (sounds amazing!!) but i know it will do it again so going to try what i can and see what works!!!

I've checked all the pipes and they seem to be fine so hopefully its as simple as plugs, will do them 2morow and see if it works! Thanks

Rite, In the last week or so i have noticed that (sometimes) my car doesn't seem to be pulling properly. The boost gauge says its boosting at a steady 0.8bar but it doesnt seem to be pulling like it should. 1 day it will be pulling fine and if i plant it in second it will spin in the dry, then other days it wont even spin in the wet in 2nd!! It feels as if it goes a little then holds back then pulls n its kinda gently pulling then holding off! Only mods i have are: MBC FMIC Forge BOV Running 0.8bar Any help would be appreciated guys!! Thanks

Pressure builds in the engine crankcase due to vapor from the hot engine oil and from exhaust gases that escape past the piston rings. A crankcase breather system is used to release this pressure. If the breather system becomes blocked, the crankcase pressure builds internally. As the pressure increases, the oil is pushed through the area offering the least resistance, such as the dipstick or a seal. Crankcase breather filters are employed to ensure the crankcase does not become blocked with foreign materials as pressurized gases escape.

I ordered a HKS ssqv couple of days ago and it is yet to arrive! What does the adjustment do? didnt even know it had it. and what is stall in reference to BOV's? Sorry if im being dumb!!
