how do you remove the glove box? mines seems to be part of the dash? is there an easy way round getting it out?

it doesnt have a missfire when running but if i have it in neutral and hold the rev's at approx 4k rpm then there is a wee missfire there but not when driving?? there was a missfire a bit ago when on high boost and at low revs but it seemed to disapear?

excellent thank you very much i will be going to halfords tommorow to buy a spark plug socket and a new socket set as some pikey nicked all my tools!! about £350 worth!!! GRRRRR

no not checked for crack's cant really see the manifold its still all standard where the best place to look with out removing to many things?? will try your method of getting the ecu re-set tommorow as its a bit dark now lol...

ach well just been out in the cold and re-set it and still i am getting no boost!! really dont know what is causing the problem?

just been out and re-set the ecu and nope still no boost !! does anyone know if spark plugs can cause you not to have boost at all?...

not got a bov just a standard set up but yeah i checked all of them today took them all off and put them all back together and made sure everythin was all tight...but sadly still no boost!! just going to try re-set the ecu see if that helps?

getting absolutely no boost what so ever checked all my fmic pipes and connector pipes and there all good was gonna try that next lol...

can you re-set the stock ecu? if so how simple is this to do?

hey guys put a post up about a week or so ago...was driving down the motorway about maybe 90-100mph as was overtaking (wasnt ragging it) pulled back in and came back down to about 75-80mph then as i went to overtake again there was no boost at all and i struggled to get over 80MPH!!!!.(it was raining at the time and there was spray everywere)....have had a good look at the FMIC pipes and connections there was one loose/off so i took the bumper off and went round them all and tightened them all up and checked them all....put the front end back together and took it for a quick spin, but still yet no boost.. i also checked the actuator and the pipe on it but there all still fine and in place. anyone got any other ideas as to what could be causing this? really starting to annoy me ;) could spark plugs cause loss of boost??...

was thinkin the same as above ^^^^ its a STARLET not a 306.....if he wanted one of them i an sure he would have bought one.....

cheers man thanks for gettin the size for me 'If you mean the breather on the top of your rocker cover then i think it's 12mm diameter but to be honest the 'best' option is to pop down to B&Q and get 1.5 meters of garden hose hose! Slips over with a bit of a push and just secure with a jubilee clip! Job done! Guessing this is the one ou mean any way... for a catch can yeh??' i have not fitted a catch can? how simple & expensive is this to do??

6mm for the vacuum hose? cheers man anyone know of the top of there head what size the breather filter needs to be?

hi guys just got a Baileys bov for the glanza. the set up the now is still standard so just a few questions, 1 - what size of vacuum hose do i need? is the 5mm the ones? 2 - what size of breather filter do i need 15mm?

yeah i had this problem what sorted it for me was a remap with a new ecu

ahh forgot about them will think about it man would like them more so if i had a carbon bonnet....maybe once all the above gets sorted i will invest in a carbon bonnet and brows
